Availability: Fay Gold Gallery is a retail contemporary art gallery. The 8000 sq. ft. gallery is available for rentals after 5:30 PM Monday through Saturday, and all day Sunday. Fay Gold Gallery is only responsible for the rental of its space and kitchen. All art exhibitions will be left intact for the event. Number of Persons: Maximum Capacity 300 Seated Dinner 120 persons maximum in the large gallery and 80 persons maximum in small or side galleries. Cost: All weekday rentals are $1,500.00. Weekend Rentals (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) are $2,500.00 A 50% deposit is due with application. A security deposit of $200.00 must be made by the client. It will be returned upon inspection of the gallery by a Fay Gold Gallery staff member. One member of the Fay Gold Gallery staff is required to stay on the premises for the event and cleanup. This staff member will be compensated by being paid $30.00 per hour by the rentee. This amount is not included in the rental fee. Procedures: Upon approval of the application, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental fee and all other charges will be due the date of rental. Fay Gold Gallery will accept MasterCard, Visa or check payable to Fay Gold Gallery.  The rentee should know that the gallery closing time is 11:00 PM: all cleanup must be completed and all persons must be out of the building at that time. In the event the rentee should need or want to extend these hours, prior approval is required, and an additional fee of $500.00 dollars per hour will be applied. Parking: Fay Gold Gallery has parking on the premises. Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol may be served at Fay Gold Gallery. Bartenders must be professional and obey the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages as well as be responsible for bringing bottles and glasses to the outside trash bin. Available Equipment: The Fay Gold Gallery kitchen can only be used for holding and heating of off site prepared foods. The stove is to be used for warming food only. No frying, braising, etc... We do not have the power or exhaust system for extensive food preparation. The following is available for use during rental times only: G.E. Range - 4 burners, 1 - 24" oven   One door refrigerator unit with freezer including ice-maker   GE Dishwasher   Two compartment sink   Two tables - 6 feet   5 Disc C.D. Player Event Planner / Caterer Responsibilities: The event planner/caterers working at Fay Gold Gallery must have copies of their business licenses, certificates of insurance, and proof of workman's compensation on file with Fay Gold Gallery.  On the days that Fay Gold Gallery is open, event planner/caterers may not begin setting up until 5:00 p.m. Exceptions will be considered.   Event planner/caterers are responsible for unloading, setting up, and reloading all their goods. This must be done through the side loading door only. No deliveries will be made through the front door as it damages the door mechanism.  All rented items are to be neatly placed on the designated area by the event planner/caterer after the event.   All rented items or delivered goods (alcohol, flowers, video equipment, etc.) must be signed for by the rentee or event planner/caterer. No Exceptions.   Caterers are to provide all necessary tools such as trash bags, can openers, foil, pots, towels, dish detergent, knives, and other supplies necessary to carry out their duties. Fay Gold Gallery cannot provide any of the above items.   All floors must be swept and mopped. All garbage must be disposed of in dumpsters located at the side of the large parking lot.  House Rules: There can be absolutely nothing hung, nailed, or taped to the walls at Fay Gold Gallery without the permission of gallery personnel.   All publicity concerning Fay Gold Gallery must be approved by Fay Gold Gallery.   Smoking is not allowed inside the gallery.   In the event of any damages occurring to any artwork or to the physical condition of any and all public space within Fay Gold Gallery itself (walls), the rentee will be held solely responsible and will be billed accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to scratches, nicks, breaks, or marks of any kind and electrical current overload.
